Put the bag contents into a bowl and pour over 500 ml of cold water. Mix the dough thoroughly and let it soak in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Place the firm dough in a well-greased box shape (25 x 10 cm). Spread with a wet dough scraper. Place the bread in the cold oven and bake without pre-heating at 200 °C top and bottom heat for about 80 minutes. Remove from the box immediately and cool before cutting.
